'Low Budget' Idea Analysis 2

When i saw this video i really liked it, it is not like other music video, it is unique and stands out and that is exactly what you want. 

This band did a music video to a mash up of two songs; Wonder wall (Coldplay) and Boulevard of broken dreams (Green Day) 

They have filmed their video in lots of different locations, this  makes it very interesting to watch and keeps the audience interested. 
There is lots of different lighting used, it depends on the location which again keeps it interesting and builds anticipation. 
The costume used is just casual every day clothing. It is simple and 'down to earth'. It helps the audience feel involved and like its close to home. 
there have been mostly close-ups used throughout the video however a few mid shots here and there. It means we can really see the emotion. 
When editing this they obviously thought hard about what would make their video different. The made a sort of collage of all the clips he took so each clip plays individually. It makes the video fun and exciting and it stands out because of it!
